Introduction
The change that no one expected started to happen when it was announced by President Rodrigo Duterte that Luzon will be under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) from March 15 to April 14. Many of us thought that after April 15 we could go back to how we used to live, but the changes that we thought were temporary are now what we call the New Normal.
